Adoption Fix Sprint
I ship the top fixes from your audit with your team in 3–4 weeks, then rerun the same benchmark to show what changed.
from $12,000
3–4 weeks, at a fixed price agreed before we start. Available after an audit.
What a sprint can include
- The first-run experience, rebuilt as working code in your product or as a prototype your team builds from.
- Rewritten prompts, onboarding copy and in-product messages.
- Tracking for AI activation: a first-value event and repeat use, counted among the users who can actually use the feature.
- Two or three experiments on the constraint your audit found.
- A before-and-after benchmark: the same jobs as your audit, scored blind against ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini again.
How it runs
- We pick the fixes from your audit’s ranked list and agree on scope, who builds what, and the price.
- I build with your team for 3–4 weeks: in your codebase, or as prototypes your developers take over.
- The tracking and the experiments go live, so you see the effect in your own numbers.
- At the end I rerun the benchmark on the same jobs, and we go through the results together.
Why it starts with an audit
The audit finds the one constraint holding adoption back and ranks the fixes. Without it, a sprint would be guessing which fixes matter. The sprint picks up where your audit’s readout ends, so it only ships fixes the audit has already ranked.

What sets the price
How many fixes we take on, how much of the building I do myself, and how many experiments we run. You get a fixed price in a short written offer before anything starts.
What I need from you
- A developer who reviews and merges the changes, or access to a staging environment.
- One person who decides on scope and copy.
- Read access to your product analytics, so we can measure the change.
After the sprint
The Next-Tab Advisor reruns your benchmark every month and checks new AI features before they ship.
