How I work

I start from behavior, not features. People adopt an AI feature when it shows up at the right moment, pays off on the first try, and fails in a way they can recover from. I measure where that breaks against the assistant your users already have open, and then I fix it in the product, often in code.

• 30 years of software development, mostly C# and .NET. Today I build AI products: multi-agent pipelines, LLM integrations and the evaluation around them.
• Founder of my own online businesses, built on search traffic and conversion.
